The NSYSA Disciplinary Committee reviews cards (Cautions and SendOffs) submitted by the Referees for matches conducted under the NSYSA Authority (i.e. NSYSA League Matches, NSYSA Hosted Leagues - CYL, PDL)
- Misconducts
- Within 48 hours of completion of the match, file a Misconduct online if your Referee Chapter participates in the Misconduct Project
 or send the completed misconduct forms to: - WSYSA NSYSA Disciplinary
