Who was Tom Higby?

Tom was District IV's first Director of Competition that offered the avenue for our teams to play at the higher levels of competition and also expand our interaction with teams from outside of District IV.

Tom was not only the Director of Competition, but also a coach at both the select and recreational levels.

Each team that Tom coached was expected to set the best sportsmanship example possible for all teams they came into contact with.

Tom's teams set the standard for all others to follow.
